为食物做造型的技巧

今天参加了一个工作坊,学习拍摄食物的技巧。两个小时的课程,只能学些皮毛,但,至少对food photography (食物拍摄)和 food styling(食物造型) 有了基本概念。
休息日能上上课,学些与工作无关,而是自己喜欢的东西,感觉不错。


在Harbour Front 16楼一家cafe 内上课,窗外的海景一览无遗。 


 同样一盘pasta,看看老师教导前和后的作品。





最后这张是经过老师调教的作品,效果有不同哦。

什么是食物造型?从这张照片就可看出。这两个pie原本的馅料只有肉碎,颜色就是褐色,很单调,切一些苹果粒撒在上面,就显得更突出了。


今天上课的课程概要:
Recommended equipment: Marco or long lens, tripod with cable release, reflectors, black card, diffuse material

Recommend camera setting:  Low ISO (100 or 200) and mid range aperture (f5.6-f11)

Approach:
a. Choose plain or simple background
b. Shooting angel to be decide before styling.
c. Lighting:
- Try back and side lighting
- Use reflectors to throw light in
- Use black card to block out unwanted lights

Food Styling:
1. Find the main cast
2. Divide and reassemble the cast
3. Add colour or separate the colours
4. Add in support cast like salt, peppers or utensils
5. Use support cast simple and not too much.
